Takiyah Gross is the vice president of learning and performance for Newell Rubbermaid. In this role, Gross leads a global team responsible for the development and deployment of Growing Newell, an initiative designed to provide employees with impactful learning experiences and enable individual and company growth. During her tenure at Newell Rubbermaid, Gross has held multiple roles including director of talent development, director of global change programs and senior manager of organizational effectiveness.
Gross’ experience includes process improvement, learning, change and transformation. Her background has been instrumental in helping organizations improve performance. Prior to joining Newell Rubbermaid, Gross held various roles at Cox Enterprises and Accenture Consulting. Gross received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.
